I have updated the policy to explicitly state that false accusations will result in the non-completion of services and no refunds. Here is the complete revised document.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS POLICY

By making a purchase from us, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

1. Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are 100% final. Once a transaction is completed and digital goods or access credentials are delivered, we do not issue refunds, exchanges, credits, or returns for any reason.

2. Why No Refunds Are Given

* Digital Delivery: Products (account credentials, digital items, etc.) are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned."

* Instant Access: Upon delivery, you receive the full value of your purchase. Reversing this is not possible.

* Risk Acknowledgment: You are purchasing digital goods in a manner that may violate the original platform's Terms of Service (e.g., Roblox). This carries inherent risks you accept at the point of sale.

* Fraud Prevention: This policy protects against fraudulent refund requests after goods have been used or information has been accessed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations Include (But Are Not Limited To):

* Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

* Failure to read the product description or terms of service before purchasing.

* Account suspension, banning, or loss of access by the original platform (e.g., Roblox) after transfer.

* Inability to access the account due to your own technical issues, forgotten passwords, or failure to secure the account as instructed.

* Any issues arising from violations of the original platform's rules.

* Partial use of or dissatisfaction with the product after delivery.

* Any reason not caused by a genuine failure on our part to deliver the exact product as described at the time of purchase.

4. Our Sole Obligation

Our only responsibility is to deliver the exact product (login credentials, etc.) as described in the listing at the time of your purchase. Once we provide this, our transaction is complete.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

* Dispute Claims: Any attempt to file a fraudulent dispute or chargeback with your payment provider will be actively contested with all relevant evidence of product delivery and your agreement to this policy.

* Consequences: Filing an invalid chargeback will result in a permanent ban from future purchases and may lead to the blacklisting of your information to prevent fraud across our network.

6. False Accusations & Abuse of Systems

Making false accusations of scamming, fraud, or failure to deliver against our service, without legitimate cause and evidence, is considered a severe abuse of our systems and good faith. Engaging in such conduct, including but not limited to posting baseless malicious reviews, making false reports to payment processors or platforms, or spreading defamatory claims, will result in the following:

* Immediate Cessation of Service: Upon such false accusations, we are under no obligation to complete, fulfill, or continue any pending or partially completed transactions, services, or deliveries for you.

* No Refund or Compensation: You will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or any form of compensation for any uncompleted services or products, regardless of the transaction stage.

* Immediate and Permanent Ban: You will be permanently banned from all current and future platforms, stores, or services operated by us and our affiliated network.

* Evidence Retention: We will retain all communication, transaction logs, and delivery evidence to defend our service and may use this information to contest your claims through appropriate channels.

* No Reversal: Decisions and bans issued under this clause are final and will not be reversed.

7. Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this All Sales Are Final - No Refunds Policy in its entirety, including the consequences for false accusations and chargeback abuse.
